After retiring from a successful career in tourism, Tony began to write science fiction based on ideas he’d been harbouring for up to forty years. Over the next few years, he’d received dozens of rejection letters and had not received a single request for more than the submission chapters. This caused him to investigate self-publishing. In June 2019, after employing a professional editor and professional book cover designers, he relaunched his stories.
Within a month he had obtained six UK Kindle bestseller banners in Hard Science Fiction (twice); High Tech Science Fiction (twice); First Contact Science Fiction and Time Travel. All his titles sell well on the Amazon, Kobo, iStore and other platforms. Recent releases of many of his novels on audible have been well received.
While Amazon reviews can be variable, especially when the writing includes challenging political, religious and environmental concepts, in general his books average 4.5 stars and many claim his stories are the best they’ve ever read. See below.
